1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 70bd, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the 70bd platform including visitors, registered members, VIP players, and any person who interacts with the site in any capacity.

70bd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with 70bd and use any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 70bd does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with 70bd. When creating your account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You may only register one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• All account information must be kept current. If your personal details change you must update your account promptly. 70bd is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information.

• 70bd accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf at any time.

70bd reserves the right to decline any account registration request without providing a reason. Decisions regarding account opening, suspension, or permanent closure are final and binding.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 70bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 BDT. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 70bd does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• 70bd does not accept deposits sourced from illegal activities. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be frozen pending investigation.
• 70bd reserves the right to limit deposit amounts, impose withdrawal caps, or request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly when unusual account activity is detected.

Any fees associated with transactions are set by the relevant payment provider and are not controlled by 70bd. Players are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5Bonuses and Promotions

70bd offers promotional incentives to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.
• 70bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice when circumstances require it.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including using multiple accounts, placing coordinated low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of exploitation — will have their bonus and all associated winnings voided immediately.
• Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Any winnings above the stated cap will be removed from the account balance prior to withdrawal processing.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 70bd platform is governed by the rules in these Terms & Conditions and any additional game-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet or joining a game, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 70bd does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of verified technical error or manifest pricing errors, at 70bd's sole discretion.

• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify odds at the time of placing a bet. Odds displayed after a market closes are indicative only.
• 70bd reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where irregular betting patterns indicate match manipulation or collusion between players.

7Responsible Gaming

70bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 70bd platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or using another person's account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game or betting outcomes in any way.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the 70bd platform for any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the platform's code or game logic to obtain an unintended financial advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or account management.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format.

70bd employs active fraud detection and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity. All accounts involved in fraudulent or prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — forfeited in full.

9Account Suspension and Termination

70bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, engagement in prohibited activities, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity, including money laundering, initiating chargebacks, or systematic exploitation of the bonus or promotions system.
• A player's own written request to close their account, including requests made as part of a self-exclusion arrangement. All such requests must be submitted to 70bd support in writing.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 70bd platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 70bd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 70bd content without prior written authorisation.

Game content including titles, rules, artwork, and audiovisual elements remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of game content outside the 70bd platform is not permitted without written consent from the relevant rights holder.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 70bd's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Specifically, 70bd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the 70bd platform.

12Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 70bd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties.

13Amendments to These Terms

70bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 70bd will provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing the revised terms on the platform with the effective date clearly indicated.

Continued use of the 70bd platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions has been published constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
